My favorite Açaí Bowl recipe

This recipe I learned from when I worked at a health cafe, and honestly I loved it so much that I recreate it almost every week!

For this awesome and super refreshing bowl you will need the following...


  • - Unsweetened açaí tablets

  • - Mixed berries

  • - One banana

  • - Any liquid of your choice. It can be apple juice, water, almond milk... You name it!

  • - Peanut butter*

  • - Granola*

  • - Sliced Almonds*

*optional ingredients


  1. Break one Açaí tablet into smaller pieces and put it in the blender

  2. Add a handful of mixed berries, as little or as much as you'd like!

  3. Add the banana for sweetness

  4. Pour a little bit of your liquid of choice. Don't pour too much, unless you want a smoothie ;)

  5. Add a spoonful of peanut butter

  6. BLEND!

  7. Serve on a bowl and top it off with your granola and sliced almonds. You can also cut some extra fruits to add on top as well :D

And voila! There you have it, a perfect summer snack.
