This recipe I learned from when I worked at a health cafe, and honestly I loved it so much that I recreate it almost every week!
For this awesome and super refreshing bowl you will need the following...
- Unsweetened açaí tablets
- Mixed berries
- One banana
- Any liquid of your choice. It can be apple juice, water, almond milk... You name it!
- Peanut butter*
- Sliced Almonds*
Break one Açaí tablet into smaller pieces and put it in the blender
Add a handful of mixed berries, as little or as much as you'd like!
Add the banana for sweetness
Pour a little bit of your liquid of choice. Don't pour too much, unless you want a smoothie ;)
Add a spoonful of peanut butter
Serve on a bowl and top it off with your granola and sliced almonds. You can also cut some extra fruits to add on top as well :D
And voila! There you have it, a perfect summer snack.
